Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- End-to-End Shipment Management: Oversee and coordinate the entire lifecycle of air, sea, and road freight shipments, from booking and documentation to final delivery, ensuring every touchpoint is managed with precision.
- Proactive Client Communication: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and anticipating their needs to offer solutions before challenges arise.
- Documentation and Compliance: Meticulously prepare, manage, and verify all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and certificates of origin, to ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
- Vendor and Carrier Liaison: Collaborate closely with our extensive network of carriers, agents, and warehouses to negotiate rates, schedule transport, and ensure our high standards of service and safety are met.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and swiftly resolve any in-transit issues, such as delays, customs holds, or damages, by applying a resourceful and thorough approach to protect our clients’ interests.
- System Integrity: Utilize our cutting-edge logistics platforms to maintain accurate real-time data on all shipments, providing clients with the full visibility and control they expect from a global leader.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an operational role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong working knowledge of multi-modal shipping processes (air, sea, road).
- Impeccable organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency with standard logistics software and MS Office.
