Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Shipment Support: Assist our Logistics Coordinators with data entry, tracking and tracing active shipments, and verifying shipping documentation for accuracy.
• System and Data Management: Learn to use our cutting-edge logistics platforms to update shipment statuses and help maintain data integrity, providing the visibility our clients expect.
• Carrier and Agent Communication: Support the team by assisting with basic communications to carriers and overseas agents to confirm bookings and schedules.
• Reporting Assistance: Help compile data and prepare operational reports that provide insights into performance and efficiency.
• Process Learning: Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop a foundational understanding of multi-modal freight forwarding, customs, and supply chain principles.

Who We Are Looking For

• Required Qualifications & Skills:
