The IT Systems Engineer is a key architect of this technological advantage. Based in our growing Tbilisi office, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and securing the robust IT infrastructure that powers our global operations and supports our dedicated team of logistics professionals. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Infrastructure Management: Administer and maintain our hybrid infrastructure, including on-premise servers, network devices, and cloud-based services (SaaS, IaaS).
• System and Platform Administration: Manage the company’s core business applications, including our Transportation Management System (TMS) and other logistics platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Network and Security: Implement and monitor network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls) and enforce cybersecurity best practices to protect company and client data.
• Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support to our global team, acting as an escalation point for complex IT issues and ensuring our employees have the tools they need to succeed.
• Technology Implementation: Research, evaluate, and deploy new technologies and system upgrades that align with our strategic goals and drive innovation.
• Automation and Monitoring: Develop scripts and utilize monitoring tools to automate routine tasks, proactively identify potential system issues, and ensure optimal performance.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a resourceful and diligent IT professional who embraces reinvention over routine and is passionate about using technology to solve business challenges.

• Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a systems administrator, network engineer, or similar IT role.
  • Strong experience with server administration (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) and security fundamentals.
  • Experience managing cloud services in platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Georgian is a strong asset.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience administering logistics software (TMS, WMS).
  • Knowledge of database management (MS SQL).
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar.
