You will support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the talented individuals who form the backbone of our company and drive our mission forward.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to interviewing and extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Develop and facilitate a comprehensive onboarding program that successfully integrates new hires into the Houger culture and sets them up for success.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, addressing inquiries, and helping to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • HR Operations: Administer employee benefits, manage payroll input, maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS, and ensure compliance with UAE labour law.
  • Performance Management: Support the annual performance review cycle, assisting managers and employees with goal setting, feedback, and professional development planning.
  • Culture and Engagement: Partner with leadership to plan and implement initiatives that strengthen our company culture and enhance employee engagement and well-being.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an empathetic, credible, and highly organized HR professional who is passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience.

  • Required Qualifications & Skills:

    • 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
    • Broad knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
    • A thorough understanding of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
    • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
    • Fluent in English.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working in a multinational company with a diverse workforce.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD).
    • Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
